I consider myself fortunate that in addition to a song I now have a poem that was written for me by a lovely person called Sarah Dell after we got into a short conversation on Twitter.

Denise having taken early retirement
reached a cross road in her life.
A feeling of being dismissed from society
despite being a wonderful mother & wife.
The thought of approaching sunset years
whilst not being a shock made Denise
stop for 1 minute 2 take stock
